Custody matters and family court proceedings involve numerous variables beyond the control of Cedric Adja, including but not limited to:

• Judicial discretion.
• Jurisdictional laws.
• The actions of other parties.
• Legal representation.
• Court procedures.
• Individual circumstances.

Cedric Adja makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the outcome of any custody case, mediation, legal process, personal situation, or any specific outcome or impact resulting from a speaking engagement. Results vary and depend on many factors outside the scope of this program.

4. Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply any information provided through this website, coaching programs, workshops, or speaking engagements. Any actions you take based on information obtained here are taken at your own discretion and risk. Cedric Adja is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on program, workshop, or speaking engagement participation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedric Adja and any affiliated entities shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from:

6. Coaching Program — Investment Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, coaching services, and immediate access to program materials, all coaching program purchases are final and non-refundable.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily making this investment.
• You accept full responsibility for your participation.

7. Workshops — Investment Policy

Due to the nature of live events and limited seating, all workshop purchases are final and non-refundable.

By registering, you acknowledge that:

• Your seat has been reserved.
• You are responsible for attending the scheduled session.

8. Speaking Engagements — Investment Policy

a) Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon payment as specified at checkout for all engagement types.

b) Deposits & Cancellation

• A cancellation made 60 or more days before the scheduled engagement is eligible for a refund of 25% of the total booking fee.
• A cancellation made less than 60 days before the scheduled engagement is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is permitted with at least 30 days' notice, subject to availability, at no additional charge.

^{Single and Series Engagements}

All sales are final and non-refundable once booked, due to the limited and time-specific nature of these engagements.

c) Force Majeure

If a scheduled engagement is canceled due to events beyond either party's control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures), both parties agree to discuss rescheduling in good faith. No refund will be issued under this section.

d) Travel & Logistics

For On-Site Engagement and Strategic Engagement bookings requiring travel:

• The hiring organization is responsible for reasonable travel, lodging, and related expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.
• Cedric Adja is not liable for delays or inability to appear due to circumstances beyond his control, including but not limited to flight cancellations, severe weather, or medical emergencies. In such cases, both parties agree to discuss rescheduling or a partial refund in good faith.

e) Content Ownership

All speaking content, frameworks, materials, and any content tailored to a specific organization remain the sole intellectual property of Cedric Adja.

The hiring organization is granted a limited license to host and benefit from the engagement itself, but does not acquire ownership of the underlying content, frameworks, or materials. Materials may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or repurposed by the hiring organization without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

a) Coaching Sessions

Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable concern regarding the safety or welfare of a child or another individual. Please note that coaching conversations are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

b) Workshops

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others in a group setting. By attending, you agree not to share, distribute, or disclose personal information shared by other participants. Please note that confidentiality in a group setting cannot be guaranteed.

c) Speaking Engagements

Any business, strategic, or organizational information shared by the hiring organization in connection with planning or tailoring a speaking engagement will be treated as confidential by Cedric Adja and used solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering that engagement.

10. Recording & Content Protection

a) Coaching & Workshops

Coaching sessions and workshops may be recorded by Cedric Adja for internal, training, or program development purposes. Participants are not permitted to record, screenshot, screen record, reproduce, distribute, or share any portion of coaching sessions, workshops, or program materials without prior written consent.

Recordings will not be used for marketing or public distribution in a way that identifies participants without prior consent. If you prefer not to be included in any recording during a workshop, you may keep your camera off or limit verbal participation.

b) Speaking Engagements

The hiring organization may record a speaking engagement for internal or promotional use only with prior written consent from Cedric Adja.

Cedric Adja reserves the right to record, photograph, or capture footage of any speaking engagement for his own marketing, promotional, and portfolio purposes, and may use the hiring organization's name and event branding in connection with that use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Workshop Participation

Workshops may include multiple participants and open discussion. By attending, you agree to participate respectfully and not disrupt or interfere with the experience of others. Cedric Adja reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

12. Testimonials and Examples

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples presented on this website represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results. Outcomes vary significantly based on individual circumstances.

13. Intellectual Property
